Our processes include:

Prepping the material by removing all oils, dirt & dust. Steel products are pressure washed with hot water & phosphate to insure a clean surface for powdering.

Taping and/or plugging threads if needed

Powdering in one of our wide selection of colors available

Baking in our large batch oven for the required time period, depending on the thickness of the metal

Inspecting finished products

Packaging
We ensure finished product is packaged securely to prevent damage while shipping.
Pick-up / Delivery
We offer pickup and delivery for our customer's convenience.
Taping & Plugging
We offer plugging of machined holes and taping of machined faces.
